SMS Consent Disclosure

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website and providing your phone number, you expressly agree to receive recurring text messages from 24/7 OnCall related to your account, including call summaries, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service notifications. 1. Program Description

24/7 OnCall ("we," "us") operates an AI-powered phone answering and text messaging service for small businesses. Our SMS program ("24/7 OnCall Notifications") sends text messages to:

Business owners who subscribe to 24/7 OnCall: Call summaries, lead notifications, booking alerts, and service updates sent to the business owner after their AI receptionist handles a call or text conversation.

Callers and customers of businesses using 24/7 OnCall: Booking confirmations, reservation reminders, order confirmations, appointment reminders, and call follow-ups sent from the business's dedicated phone number.

2. How You Opt In (Express Written Consent)

Business owners provide express written consent to receive SMS notifications by checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our website. This occurs at two points:

a) During sign-up at www.24-7oncall.ai/get-started: Before completing checkout, business owners must check a consent checkbox that states: "I agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from 24/7 OnCall including call summaries, lead notifications, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to purchase." The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively selected.

b) During onboarding at www.24-7oncall.ai/onboarding: When providing their phone number and business details, business owners check a second consent checkbox confirming they agree to receive SMS notifications about calls handled by their AI receptionist.

Callers and customers provide verbal consent during phone calls handled by 24/7 OnCall AI receptionists. The AI explicitly informs callers: "I'll send you a text confirmation at that number." The caller then voluntarily provides or confirms their phone number. Only transactional messages directly related to that specific interaction are sent (e.g., booking confirmation, order confirmation, appointment reminder). Callers can decline to provide their phone number at any time.

Consent is not required to use any 24/7 OnCall service or to make a purchase. Business owners can uncheck the SMS consent box and still complete checkout. Callers can decline to provide their phone number and still complete their call.

3. Message Types & Frequency

For business owners (recurring): You will receive SMS notifications after each call handled by your AI receptionist, including caller name, phone number, reason for calling, and urgency. Frequency depends on your call volume — from a few messages per week to several per day. This is a recurring message program.

For callers/customers (transactional): You will receive 1-3 text messages per interaction, which may include: a booking/reservation confirmation, a reminder before your appointment, and/or an order status update.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. 24/7 OnCall does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from a 24/7 OnCall phone number. You will receive a single confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

Additional opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

6. How to Get Help

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy & No Third-Party Sharing of Mobile Data

We will never sell, share, or distribute your mobile phone number, opt-in data, or any information collected through our text messaging program to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
